Chop 1 bunch scallions
2 packages of Ramen noodles crushed (do not use seasoning packets)
6 oz sliced almond, toasted if desired
¼ to ½ cup sugar
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
