Yuki Chinese Cabbage
Yuki Cabbage is one variety of Chinese cabbage. Chinese cabbage has been cultivated for over 6000 years. It has more in common with lettuce than cabbage, as we know it. The heads have a short cylindrical shape. It will store in the salad compartment of the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
You can either remove individual leaves and use them or just chop through the whole cabbage. It can be used in salads or stir fry.
